Green Chilies Mashed Potatos

4 large mashed potatoes
white pepper
4 oz butter
1/8 cup heavy cream
salt
1/4 cup sour cream
Mash together with or without skins and warm up.

    I asked mom, she says add them to taste. Around half a can for this recipe.
